Hear from our past graduates
Caleb Carrasco
BCom – Victoria University
“I grew up in the city and didn’t know much about farming so, what really excited me about Rabobank’s graduate programme was a chance to learn more about the food and agriculture sector. I researched a number of graduate programmes and liked that Rabobank was a global company. Knowing they provide opportunities to travel and work overseas was a real drawcard.”
- 2022 Graduate
Maisie Bonifant
BCom – University of Otago
“What appealed to me were the endless opportunities to learn at Rabobank. As graduates we are placed on six month rotations in different areas of the business all around the country. I get to learn about this complex business through back of office roles to customer facing roles. Everyone has been so welcoming but they’re also really accessible and willing to provide their time to help me learn.” - 2022 Graduate
Ashley Kowalewski
BMS(Hons) –
University of Waikato
"Having two six months rotations has allowed me to gain insight into how different analysts and managers do things and have had access to a wide range of skills. As a grad, I’ve been supported with my own personal development, being encouraged to think about my goals, what skills I want to learn and focus on and where I want my career to head." - 2021 Graduate
Matthew Hefferman
BAgSci – Lincoln University
"The graduate programme was huge for my initial development towards becoming an Agribusiness Manager. It gave me the opportunity to spend time with a range of different managers from our team visiting their clients alongside them to gain understanding of how they contribute to the clients success. - 2019 Graduate
