Effective 26 August 2024 we are making changes to the Rabobank Online Savings Terms and Conditions.

We have made the following changes:
 

Section 5 - Children’s Accounts

5.3 - updated wording to clarify what happens to the Authorised Signatories access when a Child chooses to have their own account

Section 12 – Security and Duty of Care

12.1(a) - added reference to a password, your Device and Secure Code;

12.1(b) - added reference to a password;

12.2 - added reference to your Secure Code Generator;

12.3 - clarifying if a device is issued;

12.4 - adding in reference to a password or Secure Code;

12.5 - adding in reference to a password

Section 15 – Liability

15.7 - recording PIN, Device and security information to be consistent;

15.8 - adding in reference to a password;

15.9(a) - adding in reference to a password;

15.9(b) - adding in reference to a password;

15.9(c) - adding in reference to a password;

15.9(d) - removing reference to computer or device, as it is captured under Mobile Device;

15.9(f) - adding reference to Secure Code Generator and Mobile Device;

Section 19 – Interest on Call Accounts and Term Deposits

19.3 – correct references

Defined Terms

Mobile Device – updated the term to reference a tablet or computer and removed PC;

PIN – Updated to reflect access to a Device in addition to the Rabobank Online Savings app;

Secure Code – added term to describe the new security code;

Secure Code Generator – added term to describe the functionality of generating a Secure Code
