Fixed Rate Notifications
While it remains your responsibility to keep track of your All In One Account fixed interest rates and when they expire, we will send you a Fixed Interest Rate Maturing Notification to remind you when one or more of your fixed interest rate bookings is about to mature.
To provide new booking instructions, log in to Internet Banking or the Mobile App. If you have set your fixed interest rate option to automatically roll over, when your current fixed interest rate period matures it will roll over using the same instruction as your previous booking.
We will send you a Fixed Interest Rate Maturing Notification:
- 7-days before you have one or more fixed interest rate options maturing; and
- 1- day before you have a fixed interest rate option maturing, if you haven’t yet rebooked any rates.
Fixed Interest Rate Maturing Notifications will be sent to:
- All Internet Banking users with ‘Full Access’ on the account; and
- Clients who have not registered for Internet Banking but are either an Account Owner or an Authorised Signatory.
Please note: ‘Delegated Users’ for Internet Banking will not receive these notifications.
Depending on your settings in your Internet Banking, you may receive notifications via email, text and/or Internet Banking.
New clients will automatically be subscribed to email and Internet Banking notifications. A text message option is also available.
